If you plan for a standard plug socket instead of hard-wiring, it's necessary to replace the plug. These saunas are specifically engineered for a conventional single-phase (12 amp) power connection.

• At Serene Bathroom, we're delighted to provide free shipping within the UK Mainland for all our products.
• For Jaquar products, the expected shipping timeframe ranges from 2 to 7 working days, with the possibility of delivery within 48 hours depending on your location.

• Two Adults can complete the build using basic tools.
• All the necessary parts and wiring are included along with the instructions and diagram, making self-assembly straightforward. Follow the provided instruction manual for easy setup.
• Virtual support on request, a Jaquar technician is available to guide you on sauna placement and assembly.
• If you need installation service, contact us for a quote. Installation charges will vary based on factors like location and specific electrical and plumbing requirements.

 
Warranty

• All Jaquar saunas come with a standard 5-year official warranty, ensuring protection against any manufacturing defects and covering repair expenses for technical malfunctions within the specified warranty period.
• It's important to note that this warranty does not cover damages resulting from negligent use, including water spills, scrapes, abrasions, blows, scratches, or similar incidents, which will render the warranty void.
• Customers can trust Jaquar's commitment to maintaining the quality and dependability of their products. The validity of the warranty is substantiated by the clearly indicated start and end dates on the sales invoice.
